FAQ & POLICIES
Know what to expect before production begins.
These general guidelines help protect timelines, artwork quality, pricing accuracy, and customer approval.
Is the online form a confirmed order?
No. It creates a request for review. Final pricing, garment availability, artwork, payment requirements, deadline, and production details must be confirmed before production.
What artwork files should I send?
High-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or other print-ready artwork is preferred. Low-resolution screenshots may require cleanup or redesign.
When is payment due?
Deposit and balance requirements depend on the order. The owner will confirm payment expectations before production.
Can I supply my own garments?
Customer-supplied garments may require review and may carry different risk, replacement, and production terms.
How are rush orders handled?
Rush production depends on garment availability, vendor capacity, artwork readiness, and approval timing. Additional fees may apply.
Can I reorder an old design?
Yes. Use the Reorder page and include the original order number. Changes in garments, vendor pricing, or production conditions may affect the new quote.
What happens after artwork approval?
Approved artwork, placement, size, color, quantity, and production instructions become the reference for production. Changes afterward may affect cost and timing.
Are custom orders refundable?
Customized products are generally produced specifically for the customer. Final refund, cancellation, and remake decisions depend on the order stage and circumstances.
